I have been helping hundreads of Agents in their day to day activities, that includes from marketing their Listings to social media, sending emails to the prospects, creating the print brochures, sending direct mail to managing a closing worksheet. I am there when Agents celebrate their recent sold listings by sending a Just Sold postcards to the neighbourhood to motivate other sellers.
On the labor day couple of friends came by to visit us, It was a last summer holiday and Kids school was starting from next day. We all decided to go for a walk to the neighbourhood, kids joined us with their bikes and scooters. One of my friend was in search for a house and was acitivily monitoring the new Listings with their agent. We saw couple of signs for the houses and we can see the agent's name, phone number and headshot there but there is no information about the house they are marketing for.
I asked to myself how can I help these agents to fix the problem, The solution is just one small image that was invented by a Japanese automotive company back in 1994. I have decided to create one QR Code for those agents that they can use to market their Listings and can be used to collect the information about the new prospect as well. Same concept can be used for Open house as well.(That I will explain in my next article)
